The Museum Store Teddy
We knew Attic Treasures were previously sold at the Smithsonian institute but this is the first that we have heard that they were also sold at the Museum Store in the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library in Hyde Park, New York. Fraser, designed by the Canadian artist Ruth Fraser is one of the "Original 12" Attic Treasures released in 1993. This particular rust nose piece is a first generation Fraser with a version 1B 1992 black and white tush tag. His extra hang tag tells an interesting story of the history of the Teddy Bear.
